Graduation Ceremonies
Outstanding Academic Related Debt
All eligible students will receive an invitation and can register to attend their聽graduation ceremony. However, this is subject to clearing any outstanding academic-related debt is cleared in full by聽Monday 24th November, 4pm.听
If the University Finance Department does not receive full payment and cannot confirm receipt your ceremony invitation聽will be withdrawn.
What You Need to Do
- Settle any outstanding debt using the聽
- If you have questions about your financial status, please submit an enquiry here and our Debt Recovery Team will be happy to assist.
- If your invitation is withdrawn,聽you must cancel any booked gown hire, photography packages and guest tickets. See the聽Gowning & Photography听补苍诲听Guest Tickets聽pages for refund information.
If you miss your ceremony due to outstanding debt, you will be invited to a future ceremony, as long as you have not already deferred more than once.
