Dominique is an experienced Primary and Early Years teacher who has led Early Years phases across a variety of settings, including both the state and independent sectors. She has held subject leadership roles in History, Drama and ICT, reflecting her broad pedagogical expertise. As an Early Years Advisory Teacher in Oxfordshire, she played a key role in a local funded initiative to establish peer-to-peer support groups for early years professionals, supporting collaboration and professional development across the sector. Alongside this work, Dominique worked with Pearson writing books for the Bug Club phonics scheme.

She holds a master鈥檚 in education from 探花直播. Her dissertation, which explored the experiences of commuter students in their first year of university, was used by the producers of The Archers to inform a storyline on the program.

Dominique is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Education (EdD), continuing her commitment to educational research and practice. Her area of research is exploring the history of education in 探花直播 and the historical influences evident in听 schools across the region in the present.
