Students from Saudi Arabia regularly study at ̽»¨Ö±²¥ with a scholarship or sponsorship from their home country. We have previously had students studying with scholarships from the SACB or the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) and other private companies. We have many students from Saudi Arabia studying at ̽»¨Ö±²¥ on some of our most popular programmes including BEng/MEng Engineering, BA (Hons) Business Management and MSc Construction Project Management.
̽»¨Ö±²¥ is a popular study destination for students from the Middle East region and has many of your home comforts including mosques, halal supermarkets and restaurants and a very active Islamic Society in our Students Union. ̽»¨Ö±²¥ has its very own international airport which is located a 10 minute train journey from our . Modern, safe and perfectly located on-campus accommodation is available to all international students on a first-come, first-served basis.
It's a particularly exciting time to become a student at ̽»¨Ö±²¥. We've invested over £500 million in our estate, including a major expansion of our City Centre Campus at Eastside, providing students with an enviable range of facilities. We've invested heavily in innovative technology to give our students the best possible preparation for their chosen careers. Facilities include a mock law court, a virtual radiography suite, broadcast studios, fashion workshops and a mock operating theatre.
Our research work continues to attract international attention, 93% of our research was recognised internationally for originality, significance and rigour, of which 19% was judged world-leading (REF 2021).

We are happy to consider a Bachelor Degree from a recognised university with a minimum grade of 70-75 / 3.0 / C / Good on a 5.0 scale OR 2.5 / C+ / Above average on a 4.0 scale
Some postgraduate courses require a subject specific undergraduate degree to qualify for entry for example, Law, Computing, Social Sciences, Engineering, etc. Please check the website for this information.
International Foundation Programme
̽»¨Ö±²¥ International College (BCUIC) offer subject specific Foundation programmes to students after completion of General Secondary Education Certificate Examination with 60% and IELTS (or equivalent). Completion of a BCUIC Foundation course guarantees entry to your chosen degree. For a list of Undergraduate Foundation programmes and entry requirements please visit the site.

Special requirements
Arts, Design and Media (ADM)Â
All undergraduate courses in ADM require a good portfolio of artwork. Some postgraduate courses also require a portfolio, others require a proposal of studies while some courses require both a portfolio and a proposal of studies. Please check the course pages for specific requirements.
Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment (CEBE)
All undergraduate programmes in the CEBE Faculty require a minimum of Mathematics at O Level. For some programmes Mathematics is required at AS or A Level at Grade C or the equivalent. Please check the course pages for specific requirements.
Business, Law and Social Sciences (BLSS)Â
All Business School undergraduate Year 1 courses require Mathematics minimum of Grade C at O Level or the equivalent
Health, Education and Life Sciences (HELS)
Most courses offered by the HELS Faculty require qualifications in Maths, Sciences and/or related subjects. Please individual course pages for further information
English language requirements
Undergraduate
BCU is offering a scholarship of £5,000 to self-funding international undergraduate students joining BCU on a full-time degree. The scholarship will be applied as a tuition fee discount of £3,000 in year one and £2,000 in year two.

BCU is offering a scholarship of £3,000 to self-funding international postgraduate students joining BCU on a full-time postgraduate taught Master’s degree. The scholarship will be applied as a tuition fee discount.
We regularly visit the Middle East to meet students, agents and our university partners. During our trips to the Middle East we are always prepared to meet current, future and alumni students.
