探花直播 has a thriving Irish heritage, and you鈥檒l receive a warm welcome in our city.聽 聽探花直播 is estimated to have the largest Irish population in the UK and the UK鈥檚 only Irish Quarter in Digbeth. It鈥檚 home to the third biggest St Patrick鈥檚 Day Parade globally, only just behind New York and Dublin - more than 80,000 people turn out for the celebration.聽聽Irish dancing is popular in 探花直播, and there鈥檚 a great music scene with Irish pubs and bars.聽
探花直播 Airport has flights to and from Cork, Dublin and Shannon.
As the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland governments signed a reciprocal agreement under the Common Travel Area,聽 Irish students are treated as 'Home' regarding their fee status and can access the Student Loan.
Undergraduate courses
Pass the Irish Leaving Certificate and achieve the relevant UCAS tariff points for the course from five Higher Level subjects. For courses requiring Maths and/or Science at GCSE O Level, pass at Ordinary Level with minimum of grade O3. For courses requiring Maths/and or Science at A Level, pass at Higher Level with a minimum of grade H2.
For English Language proficiency, we accept English Language at Ordinary level with minimum of grade O3. This is only applicable to Irish passport holders. Other students will require an IELTS score 6.0 with no band less than 5.5 or equivalent. Please note, some courses may require a higher IELTS.
Postgraduate courses
To be considered for a place on a Master鈥檚 or Postgraduate Certificate course, you will normally graduate from an Irish or UK university. You will need a minimum of 2.2 or above honours degree.
English language requirements
Every year we provide a number of scholarships and bursaries recognising the talents of our international students, which can help cover part of your tuition fees.
