Undergraduate
A STPM with the relevant grades achieved from three out of the five subjects studied OR the Malaysian Ministry of Education Matriculation Certificate with Grade B/GPA 3.0 PLUS 5 SPM subjects with Grades A1 - C6 including Maths and English OR UEC 70% from five subjects (excluding Chinese and Malay).
Postgraduate
Malaysian Honours Degree with minimum grade GPA 2.5 / 4 OR Australian Bachelor Degree with minimum grade Credit / Second Class Division when studied at Curtin University, Monash University, Swinburne University.
Some postgraduate courses require a subject-specific undergraduate degree to qualify for entry; for example, Law, Computing, Social Sciences, Engineering, etc. Please check the听relevant course page听for this information.
Special requirements
Art and Design
All undergraduate Art and Design courses require a good portfolio of artwork. Some postgraduate Art and Design courses also require a portfolio, others require a proposal of studies, while some courses require both a portfolio and a proposal of studies. Please check听the relevant course page听for specific requirements.
Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment (CEBE)
All undergraduate courses in the听CEBE faculty require Mathematics at O Level. However, Mathematics is required at AS Level minimum Grade C or the equivalent for the Engineering suite and BEng Telecommunication and Networks.
Business School听
All Business School undergraduate Year 1 courses require a minimum mathematics grade of C at O Level or the equivalent.

I had the ability to assess why certain TV shows worked for certain demographics by analysing its production quality and content. I鈥檓 happy to say that I鈥檝e always been able to apply what I鈥檝e learned in Visual Communication to a lot of my work 鈥� from producing TV shows to developing concepts and events. I would say Visual Communication was the most relevant course I could have taken, as it helped me move with the times better.鈥�
