[00:00:02] Olivia Hey, guys, my name is Olivia. And here are my top tips on your first week at university.

[00:00:13] I was quite nervous on my first week of university. I think I definitely was quite shy pressure, and I was trying to be all out and trying to be confident and make friends. I didn鈥檛 meet my friends in my first week. So don't put too much pressure on yourself to make friends straight away. And it's OK to be shy. Everyone's in the same boat as you.

[00:00:39] So my advice for your first week would be to get stuck in as much as you can. Like I said, everyone's in the same boat as you. So just try and be confident, get yourself out there and maybe join a society, or a group and just get involved in any way that you can go to a Freshers' event, literally any way that you can interact with people and get yourself out there a little bit.

[00:01:03] So in your first week in uni, you might do so freshers events. I went to the welcome fair, don't forget to get your one pound Domino's Pizza. Honestly, the best part about freshers fair. At the Freshers event, that's your opportunity to join societies and groups and meet people. Also, if you're travelling in, make sure you also get yourself into a routine finding the best way to get to uni and around 探花直播. And also, obviously, you might be settling into your halls as well. So it's a great opportunity to get to know your flat mates and to sort of figure out where are you going to do your washing, where are you going to get food. That kind of thing as well.
