How does it work?

Meet with a personal Account Manager to tell us about your experiences with recruitment, discuss your skills needs, and explore what roles you have coming up. Your feedback will directly inform how we support our graduates into work readiness.

Let us take the load by advertising and shortlisting for your roles, only sharing candidates that meet or exceed your requirements. You鈥檒l also have the opportunity to attend free training workshops delivered by experts to support your recruitment practices.

Once a candidate is successfully placed, we will continue to provide in-work wraparound support until 31st听March 2026 to ensure the best chance of employee retention and progression.

HLSM Plus is a fully funded graduate recruitment service designed and launched to exclusively support businesses and organisations of all sizes, located within 探花直播.
