This course provides clear, practical, case-study guidance on what steps organisations should take in order to prevent and reduce mental health problems among their workers in what has increasingly become the 'psychological workplace’. The course also helps employers support those workers with mental health problems developed outside of the workplace.
It is suitable for anyone in any sector with people management or leadership roles, together with individuals who have designated health & safety or union responsibilities.
The course leader is Dr Craig Jackson, a widely-renowned Professor of Workplace Health Psychology, a Chartered Psychologist and member of the Society of Occupational Medicine. Over a 25-year-plus career, Dr Jackson has assisted businesses and organisations of all types and sizes to address workplace health and wellbeing issues.

Who would benefit?
°Õ³ó±ðÌýWorkplace Mental Health course is invaluable to anyone who has a responsibility for worker wellbeing, regardless of sector or workforce size. As well as Health & Safety Managers, former course attendees have included nurses, GPs, wellbeing advisors, HR personnel and senior managers/directors. Health & Safety qualifications are not a pre-requisite for attendance.
